⚠ Go-Live Reset — Wipe Test Data Admin Only

This permanently deletes ALL payment records, approval drafts, journal entries, and summary records. Use only when switching from testing to real data. Cannot be undone.

After reset, upload these files in order: (1) Flat Master → (2) Opening Balance & Rates → (3) Income-Expenditure Journal.
The journal will be read for balance tally only — no journal entries will be written to the new system. All future entries come from WhatsApp approvals.

Generate collection report for a month

Collection month = the month payments were received in. E.g. August 2026 = payments received in Aug (shows July M/C demand status). Will overwrite any existing report for that month.

Master data files — re-upload any file to automatically update DynamoDB and all calculations.

Admin: Upload a new version to trigger full reprocessing. You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation when done.
